Tuition
Total tuition for the BLPT MBA is $60,750*, paid in nine installments.
Tuition includes:
- McMaster technology licenses
- Some supplementary course material
- On-site parking during residency weekends
- Breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunches at in-person residencies
- Personalized career coaching services, academic support, and networking events
The first payment is a non-refundable $2,000 deposit, due when you accept your offer of admission and is applied against the first installment. The installment schedule repeats for three years with the same payment frequency, totaling nine (9) installments. Payments of ~$6,750 follow according to the schedule below.
*Fees listed are approximate, listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change at any time. Tuition does not cover transportation, hotel accommodations, dinners (unless noted), textbooks, non-McMaster software or additional ancillary fees.

Scholarships and bursaries
Blended Learning Part-Time MBA Entrance Scholarships
Five entrance scholarships, each worth $5,000, will be available for prospective students. The selection process for these scholarships will be based on our holistic admissions approach – a comprehensive evaluation of applicants’ qualifications. No additional application will be required.
DeGroote School of Business Graduate Award for Indigenous Learners
Established in 2020, the DeGroote School of Business Graduate Awards for Indigenous Learners are supported by the faculty of business to address inequalities in access for Indigenous learners and to assist in removing barriers. The award is tenable through the length of the program. Up to five (5) awards will be offered each year (for entrance in the Fall term) to include tuition as well as additional related expenses to a maximum of $15,000 per academic year, tenable throughout the normal length of the degree, to enable engagement and success in the program. Do Full-time and Part-time students qualify for the same amount?
Part-time students may not qualify for the full maximum academic year credit limit. Annual education expenses will determine the credit limits for these students. Expenses may include the cost of all courses for the year, such as tuition and books, etc. For correspondence courses, the credit limit cannot exceed the total costs for the course. Carry-over may be allowed, however discretion should be exercised and assessed based on the budget the student provides.
